Delicious, day saver! I keep my signals at work and use as a meal replacement when I don't have time to sit and eat. It takes me from hangry to sated and ready to go quickly. LOVE the fact that there is super nutrients like organ meat, but you cant taste it!

Delicious, easy, and satisfying!

This shake is delicious and so easy to make. It seems too simple to be this satisfying but it has been a great addition to my day when I’m running out of time to try to fit in all the protein and fiber that I need plus other nutrients. This has been helping me meet some health goals and I look forward to having it unlike some other healthy things I’ve had to add to my diet for my health. This is my second bag and I will keep subscribing. Thankful to have found Signals!

This was so surprisingly divine! I am generally not a fan of liquid “meals”, protein shakes, etc. This one completely changed my mind (and the game!). SO good!
