Great texture but missing pretzel taste

These rolls are really good. The texture is great, crunchy exterior with soft interior that isn’t dried out or “hollow” like a lot of GF bread is. The taste though felt just like a dinner roll, it wasn’t overly “pretzel” tasting. Like I want to bite into it and think I’m eating a ballpark pretzel. I’ll just get some coarse salt to put on them next time.
