I order a belt from them and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I made the proper steps to return for a refund but Morrison contacted me via email fairly quickly asking me what was wrong with the product and if there’s was any him he can do to help me keep the item. I really loved the belt since it was a very good quality product I told him that I had gotten the wrong size and he helped picked the right size gave me a return label for free and sent me the new one with the right size. I truly appreciate that he was willing to bring a solution and not be wiling to loose a customer aside from have a great product that I highly recommend their work ethic and commitment to their customers is amazing.
