Perfect glasses for sleep hygiene

I've been very happy with these BluBlockers. They fit well, have a classic, timeless look, and are comfortable to wear. I use them in the evening before bed to reduce blue-light exposure from phone screens and artificial lighting as part of my sleep routine. The lenses clearly do what they're designed to do—colors shift noticeably, and blue light is heavily filtered. If you're looking for serious blue-light blocking and a timeless style, these are an excellent choice.

I have been wearing these for years, ever since they first came out. Love the way they protect my eyes from the sun and glair and wind.

Decent

The sunglasses are decent quality. I’m not sure I would pay $50.00 for another pair. If you have a small head circumference, I would suggest looking into a smaller pair of available. I did not research if they made different sizes.
