Never revived the item, I contacted them a few times.  initially I contacted them and they replied via email saying that they would ship the item. However it didn’t ship I sent another email…..I did not get a response at all this time, but I did get an email to review the product that I never received but ordered in May. I have used this brand before and typically I’m quite pleased with the products which is why I continue to order but I have been very disappointed this time in the customer service this time. I would like the item because I paid for it.

This product has really helped even out my skin tone.
