Started these a month ago and am pleased with the outcome of feeling healthier , increased metabolism and lessened the snacking habit.

Bottle doesn't come with safety lid. I counted the pills came 60 as display but felt unsafe without been seal .59 dollars do deserve better protection. I will review again i hope they work Update of course bottle was opened and pills don't work at all . What a wasted of money
