I think it’s too early to tell it’s working. I’m not sure. But the taste is fabulous. It’s a great tasting shake. I mix it with colostrum and it’s really good.

Tastes great but

This tastes great, but I didn’t notice my appetite being any less. I want to try it longer- and am hopeful / I have to answer recommend to a friend- I wish I didn’t until I can try it longer- so since I have to answer now- I’ll have to say no. I will update after using longer
