Beautifully balanced, wonderfully complex

I was expecting a very fruit-forward cup, and was pleasantly surprised instead to experience a beautifully balanced and wonderfully complex coffee. For the record, I drink it as espresso, 18g in, 45g out in 40-42 seconds at 94°C.

Top Notch! These beans were great for pour over and espresso, but I LOVED brewing them in my Areopress! The profile has a delicate balance of gentle and rich woody notes, light, juicy fruit notes that were both topped off with a hint of something floral. I wish I was better at picking out individual notes, but what I can say is this coffee was the perfect general light roast.

Very good coffee. The roast is perfect for us and the flavor is what one would expect from an Ethiopian coffee.
