Poor quality pebbled drinking glasses returned for a refund

I purchased 12- 22oz and 12- 12oz pebble drinking glasses. I was very disappointed that the glasses had two very prominent seams. The seams were visible and could be felt in hand, distracting from the beauty of the pebbled glass and making them appear cheap and manufactured instead of hand made. The company does not provide free return shipping, so I am returning them for a refund at my own cost. These were supposed to be my souvenir glasses from Napa. I’m sad they did not meet my expectations for a quality product.
