This has been our #1 go to spice for pork chops and we tell everyone how great it is! We sprinkle it on and let the pork chops sit for about two to three hours and then grill them to perfection.

I've had my go to rub for years, until now

I've had my go to rub for years. Visited Kauai for the first time during 4th of July week 2025. Wandered into a shop that sold this rub while my wife was shopping. Used it for some pulled pork when we got home, and everyone said (including myself) it was the best pulled pork I've ever made. Needless to say, I've found my new go to!
