Product: We LOVE our couch! Very comfortable and chic! Seems really well made at a very affordable price! Experience: After we placed our online order, we received a call from the company to help us plan the delivery. This was much appreciated. The delivery happened according to the plan in less than a week. Unfortunately, the delivery guys could not fit the couch through our apartment door, they REALLY tried to for over 1h - we can't blame them. We ended up taking matters into our own hands and got it through with an extra hour of work and taking the protective layer off. Overall: Our experience with CitiHome Furniture has been great from start to finish!!!

I truly could not be more happy with this couch! It's the perfect mix of cozy and firm. The Citi furniture team was also great during scheduling and delivery.
