Hemstrought's Original Halfmoon Cookies - Vanilla Bottoms

I would rate it 0 but I'm not able to. Worst version of this cookie i have EVER eaten in my life. No customer service, no accountability, no flavor. The cookies were dry, the frosting was oily and tasted more plastic than the container the cookie were in. I have been polite and not complaining publicly until now. I'm not wrong to ask for a refund, trader Joe's half moons are trash and they trade better yours.

Tge cookies were good but a lot of the frosting had stuck to the top of the containers.

Very delicious!!! Need better packaging. The frosting comes off when you unwrap the Halfmoon.
