Hemstrought's Original Halfmoon Cookies - Chocolate Bottoms

I ordered these for a Father’s Day gift after RAVING about them to someone who has never had them before. Although I’m sure the cookie tasted as good as it always does, the presentation was horrible. The 2 dz cookies were only separated by a few package peanuts & the icing was completely smushed into the lids. I can’t believe a company would be OK with the way that they looked but someone has yet to email me back and it’s been a week and a half. I have now emailed twice & still no response. I was completely embarrassed when the recipient sent me pictures & I would think the company would be too & would want to make it right. Still waiting…….

The cookies were never delivered! UPS said they were undeliverable. I called the bakery 3 times but have not received a response.

Everythibg came melted and destroyed.
