I love this headset.

Unit dead. Need a refund.

The unit will not turn on. I followed the instructions in the manual, which state that the unit should automatically turn on when it is worn/put on for the first time. I fully charged the unit using the supplied charging cable, so the blue light went from flashing to steady. With the unit fully charged, I put it on, but it will not turn on on its own. I checked to make sure I had good skin contact without hair in the way, but still nothing. No sound or light to indicate that the unit has turned on. I tried pressing the side of the unit, thinking there might be a "manual" way to turn it on. No, there is not. I have tried various other troubleshooting procedures I found online, but none have worked. This is a DOA unit. For this kind of money, having a unit show up in the factory box totally non-functional is something for which there is no excuse. I wish to get an immediate refund.
