Master(your)mind: Handling Anger Book + Guided Journal

Great little story book with lots of ideas 💡 how to control anger. My grandson really enjoyed it and is taking the advice that the book highlighted. Tge main character was Very relatable for my grandson of 5.

It's very good, my son is working with somole ideas from it and working a par hw loves resfing it

I purchased the Handling Anger book for my 8 year old son as he’s been struggling with big feelings lately. We both enjoy the language of this book as my son can really relate to going full ‘hulk mode’. It has so made us laugh on lots of occasions. My son doesn’t enjoy reading books in general but he asks to read a few pages every night. I’m hoping that he’ll take on board some of the ‘tips’ or at least remember them for next time!
