Complete Facial Moisturizer Neutral Blend

Disappointed by the customer service

I purchased this product after seeing it pop up in my search for new skincare. The reviews I observed seemed positive and the marketing of the product made it seem like it was a product derived from natural ingredients. I should have reached out to ask about the full ingredient list, as when I received the product I learned that it has CERA MICROCRISTALLINA is in your face lotion. Which is a potential carcinogen and pollutant. When I reached out to Kizen they said that “we are currently considering adding a dedicated Q&A section to our website to make this information much more transparent and easier to find.” Since I brought to their attention that the full ingredient list cannot be found on their website. This same ingredient is used in Arts & Crafts: Used as a flexible binder in encaustic painting, a wax additive for modeling/sculpting, and a stiffening agent in candle making. Restoration & Preservation: A favorite of museums and conservators (like Renaissance Wax) to protect metals, coins, wood, and leather against tarnish, fingerprints, and environmental moisture. When I asked for a refund and to return the product they told me that I would need to pay for the return. I had previously tried to find information about their return policy, and in their FAQ’s it mentioned that they had a return policy but did not link to it. It appears to be put at the bottom of their website in very small print. While I recognize I should’ve been more careful in exploring this product, however feel as if the company is sketchy and not transparent. Most of the skincare companies stand by their product and will go above and beyond to make it right. They make their return policy highly visible and allow for free returns, especially of unopened products. Very disappointed and have wasted $60 unnecessarily.
