Misleading Charges

I purchased this item due to an emergency repair, sucking up the absurd $20 shipping fee. After the item was delivered, I received an additional shipping bill from UPS for brokerage charges. When I called customer support, they claimed it was because it was shipped from Canada and it was Customs and Duties fees; however, the bill from UPS has that as another line item, where it has a zero charge for it. Regardless of what the charge is, it is misleading to not directly state (without having to go to a separate area of the website to find a shipping policy) the item will come with additional charges when checking out, especially since the site says "USA" and has USA in the domain name. Would suggest using a different Aquascape vendor for any purchases.
