Aquascape AquaSurge Pumps

Hidden charge

I ordered and received an Aquasurge pump, which is fine. But I also received an invoice from UPS for a customs charge it incurred when the product came into the US from Canada. This shipping cost was not disclosed when the purchase was made. Aquascape has not responded to my request that it pay this hidden cost. Bad business.

NICE pump and control. works well. this is a direct replacement for our original pump which lasted 10 years

I've used aquascape for many years! My father has also used them for years on our family pond! Always Great product, and never any issues!
