I didnt even need the helmet reconditioned, i should have only paid $65, they charged me $130. The guy at the front counter was not helpful at all, he told me i paid the wrong amount, and that he was going to refund me the difference from what i paid, and what i should have paid. He also was going to refund me the shipping cost because i live locally and i could come and pick it up. I havent seen either refund, and on top of it the dust cover helmet bag the guy at the front desk said i needed to leave it with him when i left the helmet to be reconditioned, but we never receivef it back. I am beyond dissapointed in the customer service. I called to request the refunds, and the guy who answered the phone had a horrible attitude (likely the ssme guy who was not very helpful when i dropped the helmet off). If I could gove less than a star I would. Mostly because I asked the guy if the helmet needed to be reconditioned because it was less than a year old and he said yes, but it didnt…
