A great set of husk & seed. I bought this set mainly for the recovery balm and it did not disappoint. I won’t say it is warming but it really works. I had an intensive tennis session and had a sore forearm in the evening. I put some on my forearm before bed and woke up not feeling a single bit of muscle soreness.
