Does what it says

The product is good. The Velcro spans the entire piece and integrates well with the kneeboard. The rings themselves are a little hard to use, but I'd imagine for a more permanent set of things in the rings they would be perfect. For my use-case I am constantly changing what is in the rings and therefore I opted to switch them out. Overall, great product.
