Worth the investment! When they say 100% blackout, they mean it. Even for silken materials. I got the bundle for two main reasons. Not only was there street light seeping through the window blinds, but my mind goes a mile a minute as well. The essential oil blend is effective and pleasant without being too potent or pungent. I also appreciate that the sourcing is clean! Whether a few sprays on the pillow or the skin, it's a nice way to settle down (even for someone with sensitive skin and nose).
