20G Double Hoop Hinged Segment Nose Ring

It was cute until it broke

I've had it for about a month and I loved it, but then I noticed the hinge broke this morning, and I've only taken it out like three times to wash the jewelry

Theres a sharp edge where the two rings merge that makes it too uncomfortable and painful to wear. I’d return it if I could but I reached out to customer sevice about this via email and IG and have received no response. Pretty jewlery but unable to use due to this defect.

Great product, I recommend sizing up (a 6mm is too small imo) but i had no issue getting it in my nose and it just clips together!
