Deep V-Neck Chiffon Ruffle Sleeve Wedding Guest Dress

I love the dress. I ordered size 14 and I’m wondering if I should have ordered size 12. If I purchase the size 12 would I be able to send back and get a refund on one of them after trying the size 12? The wedding is the end of September. Would I have enough time to order a size 12 and get it in in time?

This dress is absolutely beautiful, the prints are very colorful. Perfect for summer celebrations. It's fit is well made and the size is true to size.
