Repeatable results with a caveat or two

Love the fact this sharpener holds my knives at a predetermined angle, the motion however does take a little bit of getting used to but once you have it, your knives will cut almost like a laser. I would like to see water or ceramic stones offered for the WE26 sharpener in the future. That would be pretty cool.

As with all of your wicked edge it is well built. A nice compact sharpener with a nice weight no cheap plastic.the sharpening plates remove easily for cleaning the guides move smoothly. The additional plates take the sharpening process to the next level. Great piece of equipment when I travel

Wicked Sharp

I purchased the Ultimate version of Venture Pro because it offered multiple angle guides for different knives and multiple sharpening stones to get a sharp refined edge. As advertised, the Wicked Edge sharpening system is easy to use to get a sharp edge. No special training needed. Just make consistent smooth strokes back and forth about 10 times on each side then rotate to ceramic side and stroke another ten times and finally strop with the leather strop on bottom of handle and you are done. Works well.
