It is spacious for a regular size adult bogu. It packs easily and the seperate section for kendogi is something I love. You get little pockets for all kinds of accessories you need, and it fits comfortably when carrying over your shoulders. Both before and after hard practice. I've had a really good padded backpack before. But this one really trumps that. You can feel the weight of your bogu, but it doesn't feel heavy or weigh you down in the least. It's honestly impressive. If you have the budget, definitely invest. It's easy to pack, you get everything in one and it has great comfort.
