Missing cover

Ordered bundle cleaner and cover and only cleaning supplies came. Called already and confirmation that they are resending me new one.

Package Deal

The Package Deal was an incomplete when it arrived to the destination. Even though the order was complete, it was missing the Osaki massage chair cover. I called Osaki USA and the representative said he will send it as soon as possible. I was relieved but I received an email from Osaki USA that states it was out of stock. He then asked me through the email if I would want the standard cover, I stated that if I wanted the standard cover, I would have ordered it. When I ordered the item it was in stock...then all of the sudden not in stock, how is that possible? All the Osaki USA representative can do is apologize for the frustration and inconvenience it cause and he explained about warehouse partial box remained. It went from Osaki USA will send it to now it's out of stock in one day. Now I have to explain to the recipient that his gift will arrive, maybe, in late Spring. Completely unsatisfactory in handling online orders. Especially their reasons why my order was not filled. He was graciously kind enough to offer standard cover or refund. Then I said to myself, will the recipient want standard cover or $30 refund to resolve it? I had to also apologize for this as well.
