Pizza crust

Received 8 12 inch crust and 12 square slices The 12 inch crust break very easy two have broken already! The crust does not cook like the sample I got at the expo show I Cooked it just as the directions said and the crust was soft I had to put it in the air fryer to get the crust to get crispy! And the cheese overcooked
