Resin and funnel purchase for water softener repair

Aquatell was very easy to procure online, shipping was delayed due to inventory issues but they emailed and let me know. Price was best I could find, much lower than local Water Depot. I used about 2/3 rd of the bag of resin and I placed on top of a bed pea gravel in the ion exchange portion of the softener. I just followed the you tube video instructions and it worked perfectly. I had large pressure drop from softener so it was bypassed.

Perfect for the job

If you plan on changing the resin in your water softener tank, I highly recommend this funnel. It makes the job so much easier. The resin just slides off the funnel into the tank with zero hassle.
