I ordered the water softener resin and funnel on February 20th and I was told that it would take 1-2 days to arrive at my house but it arrived 6 days later on February 26th.

Overall Very Good Experience

Knowledgeable service, product was exactly as needed, follow-up with a manual was great. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected, but it may have been their third party warehouse at fault.
