I wish I had this with my first pregnancy! Here I am with my third baby. I was using prenatals after this pregnancy and came across these vitamins and I gave it a shot because it makes total sense about our bodies needed different vitamins AFTER BIRTH. It gives me energy to start my day and helps with postpartum and healthy milk production .

Best vitamins
I’ve been really enjoying the postpartum vitamins. I really feel like they have helped me especially in the beginning. Something I feel good about taking especially while nursing!
