The previous console on my husband's Monza bike had broken, so we contacted customer service and they were brilliant. We purchased the new iWoc, which, with the serial number of the bike, they programmed prior to sending it. It arrived within 24 hours, plus they emailed the instructions for fitting it, which were very straightforward. We haven't used the bike since, so can't comment on how it works, only because we also have the Milano bikes which we use a lot! Love Legend bikes, and their customer service has always been second to none! Can't recommend them enough!
