Roof Sunshade For Tesla Model X Pre-refresh & Newer 2016-2025+

Good shade

I am really enjoying the simple yo install and very effective din shade.

All I wanted was a front windshield roof sunshield. What I received was an assorted bunch of frames and covers with no instructions. Also a bunch of clips with no instructions and no indication of what goes where. This could be so much simpler and straightforward. I would not recommend, nor will I order from this company again.

Decent product!

For MX owners, not a lot of choice out there. This one is pretty decent - only one minor beef. Thoughts: 1. Front - great coverage but the connections they give you to secure it against the glass don’t work well, if at all. The tabs to mount along the sides and rear to slide under the interior trip work fantastic but not the front, which makes it sag a bit. Our solution is to open the sun visors, flip the extender down, then rotate them forward and flip them up against the front sun shade, pinning it tighter against the windshield. Works fairly decently but I’d love to see a wide clip (like the side and rear ones with tabs) with 3M backing to better secure it against the windshield. 2. Falcon door sides - love the inserts. For the tops of the falcon doors, we blacked them out completely with the included sun shade. Works great and can still see out the falcon windows when backing up, etc. 3. Rear window shade - simply too dark to see through and unusabie in my opinion. Given the lack of options in the market, this one does a pretty decent job. I’d rate it a solid B. Having the rear window sunscreen be a bit more transparent and having better mounts for the front windshield would move this solidly into the A+ range! We live in FL and the summer sun is brutal in the X ‘fish bowl’ so definitely looking forward to the decreased sun and heat!
