Altitude Fougère Tallow Shaving Soap

Excellent shave soap, as usual

I very much like the scent of this shave soap, didn't find it overly strong at all. It has a foresty smell, with notes of moss. And, as with every other soap I've bought from Sudsy Soapery, it lathers up quickly into a thick, creamy foam. GIven how good the soaps Sudsy Soapery offers at such a reasonable price, I always buy from them. My favorite shaving soaps are the ones with forest scents, either this one or the Pine and Cedar.

This soap offers the slickness and protection of ALL Sudsy Soapery shave soaps. Maybe I shouldn't say ALL because I have only 14 varieties of the shave soap. Altitude offers a mild woodsy scent with the smell of fern. The scent is much milder than the Pine and Cedar. I'm quite pleased with this choice.

Good Lather, smell is very strong.

Overall this works really well for shaving, however I didn’t expect a natural, fragrance free product to smell so strong for so long. This may be a pro for some but not what I’m looking for. I will exchange for the unscented version.
