Great Job!
They did an excellent and quick job of repairing my FreshRoast 800! It wasn't heating or blowing the beans, and now it's more efficient than ever. I have to relearn all my settings, because the heating element is better than it had been! Thanks so much!

Thanks for your interest. Perhaps if you could please describe what was performed in the repair. I have not opened the package and probably will not until needed since I have another functional unit that I use. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Very fast service at a reasonable price!
I sent the base to my R 800 roaster in for repair because the settings were not adjusted properly. They actually upgraded me to a new model of the base. The turnaround time was excellent. I’m very pleased with their Customer Service.
