The bike was wonderful and my son and his family love it. The only problem is Fedex is not good at all. They delivered package #1. I signed for it. Package #2 was not delivered, but they said it was. I contacted them and they could not find it. I contacted you and a nice lady said you would send the battery. I am waiting to get a tracking number. I would really consider a different transportation company.
