Mix and Match Beef Biltong

This stuff is AMAZING!!! Got the 8 pack of mix and match, and tried the spiced first and loved it! Yesterday I tried the plain and it was just as delicious! I am hooked! Recently heard about the benefits of eating raw, and this is a fantastic first step into eating raw meats! I love that the beef is grass fed AND finished and comes from regenerative farming! I had first tried a biltong I found at the health foods store, but I have no idea what kind of beef is used, they don't specify if its organic, grass fed or regenerative - so I can only assume it's not great quality, and I can definitely taste and feel the difference with Figure Ate, it really is amazing!
