Yellow Small Lighted Cactus Tree

I really love this product, but I’ve had significant issues with its durability and customer service. Since purchasing in September 2024, I’ve received two defective cords. The first one was faulty and raised serious safety concerns. While the owner initially replaced it after I raised the issue, the replacement cord also failed shortly after. Unfortunately, the owner is now unresponsive to my messages regarding these concerns. I truly wanted to leave a 5-star review because I love the product itself, but the repeated safety issues and lack of follow-up from the owner are concerning. I feel it’s important to share my experience to give others pause before ordering.
