my cactus is so cute! it was so easy to set up and looks so nice when it’s all put together. I plan to leave it on my desk all year!

This comment is for constructive feedback--I do love my cactus now--
I was excited to recieve my green cactus in the mail, along with several light kits that I purchased with it. I have always wanted a tree to change out the lights for every holiday, saw this product at NutcrackerMarket 2025 and fell in love with it. I took the associate's card because I wanted to buy online--I could not decide which color of cactus I wanted for my house.
Once it arrived, I was disappointed that the plastic bulbs would not stay in place--they looked very sad in the cactus. I then went back to read on the website to use hot glue or poster tape, both which did not seem to be an adequate fix. I went back online to look for bulb spacers so the bulbs would fit (and not fall out) of the cactus. Bulb spacers were sold out across several websites. I ended up purchasing latex tubing that needed to be heated (to expand) and cut (to fit) the plastic bulbs. It's not an easy process to heat the tubing and fit it onto the bulbs.
I understand that you tell customers to use hot glue (which is permanent and not why I bought the cactus) or poster tape (that was supposed to come with the cactus and did not). You should invest in the rubber bulb spacers and sell them to customers--they will fit better and offer a more aesthetic solution.
Now that the bulbs stay in the cactus, I am very happy with my purchase.
