I saw the book referenced in Veg News Magazine and am at the point where I'm donating and gifting cookbooks from my collection not adding to it. But this one is a gem. Well organized, great photos, links to videos and something I really appreciate - user friendly typeface and font. Too many cookbooks these days are so artsy in their layout with small type and tone on tone ink that they forget that I might actually want to use the book to cook. Usually I don't post a cookbook review until I've made several dishes but this one is so well done I decided to post early. Carrot Lox for this weekend.
