Amazing service. I made a mistake ordering the wrong product that would have beat the purpose of getting a "compliant" carry-on. I emailed shortly after transaction and by the following morning my order was cancelled. With that type of service I did not hesitate to place order for correct item. Price was competitive and item arrived with just 1-day delay, but that was the carrier. Definitely recommend and will buy another one soon (after upcoming trip test)

Very light-weight but has many of the features of my 24" Travelpro Spinner. I look forward to using it as a carry-on.
