Very poor service

I was send the wrong my items. They had been contentated/opened with the wrong item inside it. I emailed to complain and to also get a refund/reorder. After the first initial response from them via email, they ghosted ever email after that. After the biting the bullet and reordering again. The same exact thing happened., I've given up at this point SMH!!!
