What can I say? Everything went great, and I love my bag. But more importantly—I hesitated to order from luggage base because it wasn’t Amazon or eBay. Also, early reviews from around 2015 to earlier gave this store bad reviews. I want to clear up the confusion: if luggage base had its flaws before, then they’ve outdone themselves over the years. I would order from them again, and I’ll recommend them to friends and family. Shipping was effortless and free of anxiety. Great job, luggage base !
