Worth the wait
After missing several drops, finally snagged one. This is my second strat (the first a Bluebonnet) and I can’t stop looking at it! Wonderful fit & finish, comfortable, and couldn’t be more pleased. Also have a JM Canton and feel like I’m just starting my collection. Thank you JM!

An incredible watch, especially given the price point.
I have owned a number of Rolex GMT's both the 116710 and 126710, which are currently selling for between 14k and 25k on the market as it is virtually impossible to get one at the retail price from a dealer. Even the retail price is well over 10k. The Strat-o-timer is equally as good a watch. Rolex are factory rated at +/-2 sec/24 hr. While rated as factory set at +/-5 sec/24hr, my Strat-o-timer is timing at +2-2 1/2 sec both while on a timer and when worn. Both watches are true GMT, both have ceramic bezels, and I find the crown action virtually as smooth as that found on my current Rolex. While the stainless steel used in both watches is different, it's interesting to know that the stainless steel used by Jack Mason is the same as used by Patek. On top of all that, both come with a 5 year warranty, and unlike the Rolex GMT the Strat-o-timer has an exhibition back with a decorated movement, and also has twice the water resistance as the Rolex. Bottom line, save a whole lot of money and get the Jack Mason if your looking for a GMT watch.
