The Examination Journal

I have been using this journal for almost a year and love it. I have tried similar journals, but this one is by far my favorite. There are excellent instructions for how to use the journal, including a sample page. The paper is of excellent quality. I tend to use a fountain pen or a gel pen and have had no problems with bleeding through. I have bought this journal as a gift for other Catholics. It is a beautifully designed product.

Using this journal has transformed my nightly examen! By praying on paper I can “see” where God is leading me, where I am failing, and what I should take to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. And, I take my journal to the sacrament and wherever I go! I can’t recommend this journal and this practice enough!
