The purchase process was seamless and the sales staff was very helpful both in the showroom and over the phone. The sauna was delivered as promised and on time. The person delivering the sauna had extensive experience with the setup of the sauna and shared tips with me (I was assembling the sauna my self) that helped me avoid difficulties. The sauna operates at or above expectations. It heats up to operating temperature in less time than they said would be the case initially. We have been very happy with the performance of the sauna. I would not hesitate to recommend a HealthSmart sauna to friends/family.
