I really love the bag! I ordered because of its water proof, and it does not disappoint. The center zipper makes it easy to find things. Other backpack bags with top opening are like digging in a black hole to find what I want. Having the outer pockets also water proof keeps me organized. I work on the ocean in all weather conditions salt spray , rain and sun the bag works great . The pack is also comfortable to wear.

I’m a waterfowl hunter. I was looking for something to carry my spare coat, gloves, dry clothes etc. The backpack certainly seems to fit the bill. I am very pleased with the quality of construction and amazed by how much gear I could cram in there! Unfortunately, I could only use it for the last two trips of the season, but it certainly got wet and kicked around in the boat a bit with no ill effect. Thanks

Great backpack and above and beyond customer service

I original purchased this backpack last fall and a strap broke due to the weight I had in the backpack (I overloaded it). I was unaware that the backpack I bought on clearance had this known issues. I reached out via email on a Saturday and the owner reached out via phone in less than an hour. He went above and beyond to replace the backpack which they did not have too. The product is a good and durable now. I will buy more products in the future from RGD because of the quality and customer service. It is something that is hard to find these day! I would give 6 stars if I could.
