Beautiful level of heat on the Blackberry Jam! I just got my order today and immediately put it to use. Made a glaze using 4 Tbsp Blackberry Jam, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp of fresh garlic/ginger blend and a bit of cracked black pepper. Put that on a cedar plank salmon done on the grill and it was amazing. Can't wait to try the other flavours! Shipping costs were a bit prohibitive since I live north of the border, but I'm glad I took the chance. PS saw your product on Meat Church's YouTube channel. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
