Goopy. Is it old?

Bare chemise is sheer peach that has a slight bit of beige added in. It’s the perfect non-grey or non-milky nude. The top coat IS sticky. This was normal for the OG gel polishes. You’d have to wipe the top when it cured. Nowadays they have No-Wipe Gel Top Coat. However, it is really goopy and hard to work with. Two nail technicians did not like the consistency and even they had to be careful. I’m not sure if this is how it normally is, or if the bottle sat on the shelf from 2019 to 2021. However it’s beautiful.
