CND - Shellac Bare Chemise (0.25 oz)

Perfect perfect perfect - except it won't dry without help? My ignorance that drying this beauti...

After a long search, the color and application is gorgeous. But it did not dry? I will take it to a nail specialist to see if I can use it on my own or do I need to take it to (donate it?) a professional to dry it?. A learning experience. It is so beautiful, I will figure out how to dry it. :)
